About Amber
My love affair with training and nutrition began when I decided to have a child. I was a smoker at the time and paid little attention to my health. I knew something had to change. I quit smoking, attempted to run 1 mile and changed my life.
Fast forward 16 years and everything has changed: From a fast food eating smoker to a fitness and nutrition guru. I did this all for my children and my health long term.
I am a trained research scientist who specializes in health behavior and health and biomedical research evaluation.
